Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and supporting HR operational functions. Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record in the construction or infrastructure sector.

Key Requirements:

-Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

-Minimum 2-5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.

- Industry preference: Construction / Infrastructure.

-Job Location: BKC, Mumbai

-Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and statutory compliance.

-Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Role):

-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

-Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.

-Use various sourcing methods including job portals, social media, referrals.

-Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

-Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding experience.

HR Operations (Secondary Role):

-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

-Support payroll input and attendance tracking processes.

-Assist in employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.

-Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

-Support performance management and appraisal processes.

-Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
