Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our HR department in maintaining accurate records, managing data, and assisting with the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records accurately.

• Manage and organize HR data and documentation.

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

• Support HR projects, events, and day-to-day operations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Work Model:

• Hybrid Work Model – a mix of remote and in-office work.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 per month.

• Increment based on performance after probation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree .

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work independently and in a team.
