As an HR Executive specializing in Hospitality & Blue-Collar Hiring, your responsibilities will include: - Managing the entire recruitment process for blue-collar positions such as cooks, kitchen staff, and housekeeping staff in our cloud kitchen units. - Overseeing the recruitment of key roles in both kitchen and service areas within the hospitality sector. - Coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and monitoring progress throughout the hiring process. - Sourcing potential candidates through field hiring, job portals, recruitment agencies, and local networks. - Conducting initial candidate screenings and facilitating a smooth onboarding process. - Ensuring all necessary documentation is complete, including ID verification and background checks. - Collaborating closely with the Operations and Culinary teams to anticipate and address any manpower requirements. - Assisting with basic HR administrative tasks like managing attendance records and overseeing new employee orientation procedures. We are searching for a candidate who meets the following criteria: - Previous experience in an administrative role is required. - Prior experience in blue-collar hiring or recruitment within the hospitality sector is essential. - Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Kannada or Hindi being preferred. - A proactive and hands-on approach, willing to engage in field hiring and vendor coordination tasks. - Residing in or near Electronic City, Bangalore, or open to relocating to a nearby area. - A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR position.
