About the Role

HR Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, HR database).
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, overtime, leave, etc.).
  • Prepare HR-related reports as required by management.
  • Support in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
  • Handle routine HR queries from employees.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with internship experience may also apply).
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
