About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our team in Trivandrum. The HR Assistant will support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files, HR database). Support onboarding and induction of new employees. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, overtime, leave, etc.). Prepare HR-related reports as required by management. Support in employee engagement initiatives and training programs. Handle routine HR queries from employees. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments when required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles (freshers with internship experience may also apply). Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. What We Offer Competitive salary package.
