Key Responsibilities:
● Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave, email drafting and
employee records.
● Handle onboarding & exit formalities with proper documentation.
● Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview
scheduling.
● Maintain and update employee documentation and ensure compliance with company
policies.
● Handle basic grievance management and ensure timely resolution of employee
concerns.
● Support payroll processing by providing accurate HR inputs and maintaining HRMS
data.
● Manage office administration tasks such as vendor coordination, inventory, and facility
management
● Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and internal events.
● Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin, preferably in the E-commerce
industry.
● Knowledge of basic labor laws and grievance redressal processes.
● Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
● Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
