Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator, located in Surat. The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for managing daily HR activities, including benefits administration, HR management, and maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, conducting employee orientation, and managing employee relations and grievances.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
