Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Human Resources Manager, located in Surat. The Jr. HR Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. The role involves maintaining HR records, conducting interviews, supporting training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. The Jr. HR Manager will work closely with department heads to meet the organization's staffing needs and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
