Job Description

Job Title: Human Resource Trainee

Company Name: LetsDressUp (LDU)

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

CTC (During training): ₹22,000 per month (₹17k in-hand per month)

CTC (Post Training): ₹3 LPA - ₹4.5 LPA

Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (5 days a week + Alternate Saturdays)

Experience: Freshers or recent graduates (Internship experience is a plus)

Role Overview:

We are looking for driven and versatile individuals to join our Founder's Office as Management Trainees. This unique opportunity allows you to work directly with the co-founders and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning and execution across departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the complete hiring process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring the right candidate is hired within the required timeframe.
  2. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, understanding employee sentiment, and providing effective solutions.
  3. Implement and administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements. Stay updated on new government compliances and labor laws.
  4. Execute employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, offsite relaxation events, and Fun Friday activities.
  5. Coordinate and ensure monthly catch-ups between employees and their team leads. Arrange appraisal meetings for every employee and guide them through the process.
  6. Regularly update the HR playbook with new processes and ensure all departments keep their playbooks updated on time.
  7. Support founders in generating ideas and ensuring timely completion of HR and operational tasks.
  8. Proactively solve problems and help implement new HR processes, tools, and initiatives.
  9. Maintain clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders while managing time and resources efficiently.
  10. Think strategically and execute efficiently under pressure & be flexible to support beyond working hours when needed.


Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field would be preferred. A degree in HR or related field would be a plus.
  • Preferably a graduate ready to join full-time onsite and willing to relocate to Gurgaon if not already nearby.
  • Last-year students are also welcome to apply only if they are able to join us full-time onsite, as this is not a hybrid role.
  • Prior experience in HR functions like recruitment and employee engagement would be a plus. Immediate joining would be preferred.
  • Comfortable working a 5.5-days workweek (5 days and Alternate Saturdays) and flexible to support beyond regular working hours when needed.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment with a strong enthusiasm for working in HR.
