Job Type: Full-Time, On-site

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (6 days a week)

Experience: Freshers or recent graduates (Internship experience is a plus)

Role Overview:

We are looking for driven and versatile individuals to join our Founder's Office as Management Trainees. This unique opportunity allows you to work directly with the co-founders and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning and execution across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work across departments such as Customer Success, Branding, etc
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure timely project execution
• Support the founders in idea generation and timely completion of tasks
• Solve problems creatively and proactively tackle execution challenges
• Assist in implementing new processes, ideas, and tools as needed
• Use tools like MS Office to prepare reports and presentations
• Think strategically and execute efficiently under pressure
• Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders
• Manage time and resources effectively while meeting deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Willing to relocate to Gurgaon if selected
• Ready to join immediately
• Comfortable with a 6-day work week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Proactive, dynamic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
