Human Resource Trainee

As an HR Assistant, your role will involve providing recruitment support by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and participating in the onboarding process for new hires. You will also be responsible for employee engagement activities, such as organizing and participating in team-building events and social gatherings. Additionally, you will contribute to various HR projects, including policy development, training programs, and performance management processes. Research and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and salary benchmarks will also be part of your responsibilities to provide insights for continuous improvement.
