Job Description

Role: Human Resource Trainee

Experience Preferred: 0-6 Months

Location: Pune

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support HR team in maintaining employee records and databases.
Coordinate onboarding and induction activities.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.
Learn and contribute to day-to-day HR activities.
