Role & responsibilities 1. HR Operations Support The role involves assisting in the timely execution of HR services such as employee code creation, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations activities under the guidance of senior HR team members. 2. Employee Data Management It includes maintaining accurate and confidential employee data with diligence and attention to detail. 3. Payroll Inputs for SHPL The individual will help collate attendance and other inputs for payroll processing for SHPL and assist in documentation related to PF, ESI, LWF, Group Medical Insurance, and Food Vouchers. 4. Payroll Validation for Suguna Group They will also support payroll validation for Suguna Group entities as per SOP, ensuring timely and accurate processing. 5. Compliance and Accuracy Adherence to compliance standards and internal policies is essential, with a strong focus on accuracy in all assigned tasks. 6. HR Policy Communication The role further includes supporting the communication of HR policies across subsidiaries and participating in awareness sessions. 7. HR Audit Support The individual will assist in HR audit exercises, documenting findings and corrective actions under supervision. 8. Expatriate Documentation Coordination They will also provide support in managing expatriate employee documentation and statutory compliance in coordination with entity HR teams. 9. Training Participation Participation in training sessions related to payroll, taxation, benefits, HRMS usage, and other HR topics is expected. 10. Project Assistance to Head C&B Additionally, the role includes assisting the Head – C&B in activities such as increments, bonuses, incentives, insurance renewals, market benchmarking, HRMS implementation, analytics, dashboards, and other special projects.
Role & responsibilities Responsible for raising PO, accounting GRN and ensure timely payment to suppliers. Handling accounts payables and accounts receivables and clearing all control accounts in ERP. Responsible for accounting day to day activities and ensure smoothly completion of month end activities. Maintain reliable and accurate accounting records for the company and produce management accounts as necessary to facilitate the effective management of the company. Responsible for compliances with statutory payments and periodical returns TDS/TCS and GST Reconciliation of inter-company transactions and their balance confirmation on periodical basis. Co-ordination with internal /external audits for resolving their queries and smoothly completion of audits. Responsible for accounting mutual fund investments for SHPL and family offices and preparation of reconciliation of between books and AMC statements. Maintenance of books of accounts for family offices including Individuals and family private trusts in Tally. Reconciliation of Bank and Cash book on periodical basis.
