Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions. Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company website. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conducting initial phone screenings to assess fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to analyze and improve the hiring process. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresher or a minimum of 1-year experience. Strong understanding of various recruitment strategies and tools.
