Non-IT Talent Sourcer

Role Overview

Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, WorkIndia, Apna ), social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook), professional networks, and industry-specific forums to identify potential candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting:
Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Candidate Engagement:

Collaboration:
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Database Management:

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent sourcing.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR tools.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Abilities:
Strong analytical skills to assess candidate profiles and market trends.
Networking:
Ability to build and sustain a robust talent pipeline through networking and proactive sourcing.
