Job Description

HR Recruiter

The recruiter will play a key role in sourcing and hiring talent across front-of-house (service, guest relations), back-of-house (kitchen, culinary), housekeeping, and management profiles.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment for hotel/restaurant-based roles (chefs, captains, stewards, front office, etc.)
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic/video interviews
Coordinate interviews with outlet managers and department heads
Track hiring progress and maintain recruitment MIS
Support onboarding and induction processes
Build a strong talent pool for current and future openings

Desired Candidate Profile

14 years of experience in
hospitality recruitment (hotel or restaurant only)
Strong sourcing and stakeholder coordination skills
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment tools
