Job Description

We are Hiring for HR Executive and Recruiter for Gachibowli, Hyderabad with Experience of 13 Years in Recruitment and HR Operations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, networking, referrals, and social media sites.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
Conduct interviews with selected candidates and coordinate with hiring managers for further steps.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer generation.
Ensure timely joining formalities for new hires.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field.
Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, screening resumes, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and talent acquisition processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective candidate engagement throughout the recruitment cycle.
