HR Recruitment Intern (Unpaid)

Role Overview

HR Recruitment Interns

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups
Conduct initial HR screening calls
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Understand client requirements and hiring needs
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on portals
Support senior recruiters in day-to-day recruitment activities
Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Pursuing Graduation or MBA (HR preferred)
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; Bengali is a plus)
Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Comfortable with calling candidates and follow-ups
Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and result-oriented mindset
