  • Implement creative sourcing strategies to attract

    , especially for sales and revenue-generating roles. 2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
  • Mentor and manage a

    small-to-medium recruitment team

    , ensuring execution excellence.
  • Set and track

    recruiter KPIs

    : submissions, interviews, offers, joins, and time-to-fill.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, provide coaching, and drive accountability.
  • Promote a

    culture of speed, ownership, and results

    within the recruitment team. 3. Process Optimization & ATS Management
  • Support the design, implementation, and optimization of

    ATS workflows, dashboards, and recruitment reporting

  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to increase hiring efficiency.
  • Maintain structured

    interview scorecards, evaluation frameworks, and SLAs

    to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Leverage data and metrics to enhance decision-making and process efficiency.
    4. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Partner with

    India leadership, hiring managers, and functional heads

    to define role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate profiles.
  • Provide data-driven updates on

    pipeline health, hiring progress, and challenges

  • Act as a reliable point of contact for

    all recruitment activities in India

  • 5+ years of experience in Indian recruitment

  • Proven track record of

    managing recruitment teams

    ATS setup, reporting, and recruitment analytics

  • Strong understanding of the

    Indian talent market

  • Highly
