Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  for technical and non-technical roles (in-office and remote).
• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and sourcing strategies.
  
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  
• Screen and assess candidates through resume reviews, phone screens, and initial interviews.
  
• Coordinate technical interviews, written tests, and panel assessments.
  
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  
• Ensure a smooth and professional

  candidate experience

  from initial contact through onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in tech hiring.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 2+ years of proven experience in

  technical or corporate recruitment

  .
• Strong understanding of technical roles and modern hiring practices.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systems.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience hiring for roles in SaaS, solar energy, or startups.
  
• Comfortable recruiting for both

  domestic and international positions

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
