Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms.
Schedule and conduct interviews, and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and track recruitment metrics.
Ensure timely closure of open positions with quality candidates.
Support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
Maintain recruitment-related reports and documentation.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of basic HR functions and best practices.
