Human Resource Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations Specialist to support and optimize our core HR processes and systems. This role will ensure the smooth running of HR functions including employee data management, HRIS administration, compliance tracking, reporting, and general HR support. You will work closely with HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure high-quality employee experience and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity across all systems. Administer core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and benefits enrolment. Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of employee data changes. Assist in the implementation and optimization of HR technologies and systems. Monitor compliance with labour laws and internal policies; support audits and reporting requirements. Generate HR reports and analytics to support business decisions. Manage employee documentation such as contracts, NDAs, and policy acknowledgments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve HR operations. Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, systems, and benefits. Qualifications: 1 2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR generalist roles. Proficiency with HRIS platforms Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with HR data and reports. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
