Qualifications: 1 2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR generalist roles. Proficiency with HRIS platforms Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with HR data and reports. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
