Key Responsibilities: 1. Bulk Hiring: Lead and manage high-volume recruitment processes across various departments. Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet the companys staffing needs. Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other channels to source candidates. 2. Continuous Recruitment: Implement and maintain a continuous hiring pipeline to ensure timely fulfilment of staffing requirements throughout the year. Forecast hiring needs based on company growth and turnover trends. 3. Salary Negotiation: Conduct salary negotiations with candidates in alignment with company budget and compensation guidelines. Provide guidance to hiring managers on competitive salary offers and compensation packages. 4. Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback. 5. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions. Work with HR team members to align recruitment efforts with overall HR strategy and company objectives. 6. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Analyse recruitment data to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies. Qualifications: Undergraduates are welcome. Minimum of 1 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in bulk hiring and high-volume recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, salary negotiation, and candidate assessment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven HR Operations Specialist to support and optimize our core HR processes and systems. This role will ensure the smooth running of HR functions including employee data management, HRIS administration, compliance tracking, reporting, and general HR support. You will work closely with HRBPs, Payroll, IT, and Finance to ensure high-quality employee experience and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and ensure data integrity across all systems. Administer core HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and benefits enrolment. Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of employee data changes. Assist in the implementation and optimization of HR technologies and systems. Monitor compliance with labour laws and internal policies; support audits and reporting requirements. Generate HR reports and analytics to support business decisions. Manage employee documentation such as contracts, NDAs, and policy acknowledgments. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve HR operations. Support employee inquiries related to HR policies, systems, and benefits. Qualifications: 1 2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR generalist roles. Proficiency with HRIS platforms Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with HR data and reports. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
