HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
  • Support pre-onboarding and documentation process for selected candidates.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Handle initial HR interactions to assess candidate fit and interest.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) preferred.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW HR
