Techno-Facts Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic HR IT Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process for technical positions across various departments, ensuring we hire top-tier talent to drive our company's success. As an HR IT Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source and assess candidates, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment

    : Handle the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding for various IT roles, including software developers, network engineers, data scientists, etc.
  • Job Analysis & Requirement Gathering

    : Collaborate with department heads to understand technical requirements and create clear and concise job descriptions.
  • Sourcing

    : Utilize job portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), and internal databases to identify and reach out to potential candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting

    : Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination

    : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
  • Offer Management

    : Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure that all hiring paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Market Research

    : Stay updated on industry trends, salaries, and skill requirements to provide valuable insights to the management.
  • Candidate Experience

    : Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Reporting

    : Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress to senior management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification

    : MBA in Human Resources or B.Tech (preferably with an interest in IT recruitment).
  • Experience

    : 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT or tech hiring.
  • Technical Acumen

    : Understanding of various IT roles and technologies to effectively assess candidates' technical expertise.
  • Communication

    : Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tools & Platforms

    : Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), HRIS systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Attention to Detail

    : Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Problem-Solving

    : Ability to proactively address challenges in the recruitment process and find solutions quickly.
  • Negotiation Skills

    : Strong negotiation skills for salary and offer discussions with candidates.
  • Team Player

    : Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
