Job Title: Marketing Manager UPS, Inverters & Stabilizers Location: Chennai Department: Marketing & Sales Reports To: Head of Marketing / General Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in the power electronics or electrical appliances industry to lead our marketing efforts for UPS, inverters, and stabilizers . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive product sales across various channels and customer segments. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase market share in UPS, inverter, and stabilizer segments. Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and market trend studies to identify new business opportunities. Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, promotions, and marketing materials. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns, trade shows, dealer meets, and product launches. Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to generate leads, prepare promotional tools, and provide product training. Content Development: Oversee the creation of brochures, presentations, technical documents, and online content. Product Positioning: Work with product development and R&D teams to provide market feedback and assist in positioning products effectively. Digital Marketing: Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and website content to drive online visibility and engagement. Vendor & Partner Management: Liaise with external agencies, design teams, and vendors for campaign execution and event management. Performance Metrics: Track KPIs and ROI of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports for senior management. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred); MBA is a plus. 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in power electronics, electrical equipment, or energy solutions. Strong understanding of technical products like UPS, inverters, and voltage stabilizers. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and product teams. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B and B2C marketing environments. Familiarity with government tenders, institutional sales, or channel marketing. Ability to travel domestically for client visits, exhibitions, or dealer events.
