Recruitment-Focused HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer rollout.
Build talent pipelines for key roles in sales, distribution, and technical teams.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
Support onboarding to ensure a smooth joining experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the building material or related industries
Strong sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals)
Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
