Job Description

Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for high-volume hiring, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and interviewing candidates to meet client needs, and coordinating with hiring managers and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Role & responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, particularly for high-volume BPO roles within the BFSI sector.
Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and manpower requirements.

Provide feedback on the recruitment process and suggest improvements.

Ensure hiring targets are met within set deadlines.

Required qualifications and skills

Experience in high-volume or bulk recruitment, ideally within the BPO or BFSI sectors.
Should have done End to End Recruitment
Experience in Linguistic Hiring like Gujarati, Bengali, Oriya, Punjabi etc.,
Any Graduate
Ability to work under pressure and meet recruitment targets.
An understanding of the domestic BFSI and BPO hiring landscape is a plus.
