We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to support our growing team. As part of a fast-paced and evolving organization, you will handle core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. Youll play a key role in building and maintaining a strong internal culture as we expand across markets. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment life cycle including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new employees. Maintain and regularly update HR records such as employee data, attendance, leave, and documentation. Provide administrative support to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Assist with payroll inputs, employee benefits, and performance review coordination. Support employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, team events, and surveys. Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and support issue resolution. Help implement new HR strategies that align with our companys growth and values. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and audit purposes. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a recruitment consultancy or manufacturing company. Familiarity with HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
