Responsibility-
Developing strategies, sourcing candidates (job boards, social media, networks), screening resumes, conducting interviews, managing the candidate experience, collaborating with hiring managers to define needs, extending offers, negotiating, background checks, and maintaining recruitment data/reports, all while ensuring compliance and staying updated on trends.
