Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across different industries.
Conduct bulk hiring, mass hiring, lateral hiring, non-IT recruitment, and permanent staffing assignments.
Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide them with suitable candidate options.
Ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (bulk hiring).
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations governing employment practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively with clients and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
