About the Role

BPO sector (Inbound/Outbound processes)

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations:
Lead day-to-day HR activities and ensure seamless process flow across the organization.
End-to-End Employee Lifecycle Management:
From recruitment and onboarding to exit formalities.
Business Partner Role:
Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding for various levels.
Performance Appraisal & Annual Increments:
Drive performance evaluation processes and increment cycles.
HRMS Management:
Hands-on experience in HRMS tools for attendance, payroll inputs, and reporting.
Leave & Attendance Management:
Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and compliance.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:
Foster a positive work environment and resolve employee concerns.
Team Management:
Lead and guide HR team members to achieve operational excellence.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure statutory compliance, policies adherence, and accurate record keeping.

Requirements

4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in
BPO HR (Inbound/Outbound processes)
.
MBA in HR is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of
HR operations, performance management, and compliance
.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS platforms
.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
