What You'll Do

• Analyze customer behavior across lifecycle stages (acquisition, activation, retention, reengagement) to spot growth and retention opportunities, supported by data. inspired by lifecycle metrics.
  
• Plan, execute, and optimize user engagement and lifecycle campaigns (e.g., onboarding drip emails, retention triggers).
  
• Monitor churn and retention trends, identify root causes, propose and implement retention improvements with data.
  
• Build dashboards and reports tracking metrics like NPS, usage, churn riskusing SQL, Excel, Power BI or Tableau.
  
• Support A/B tests or experiments for engagement strategies and assess outcomes.
  
• Work crossfunctionally with product, marketing, content, and tech teamsproviding insights to enhance customer journey.
  
• Capture and synthesize user feedback, feeding insights into product and communication improvements.
  

Who You Are

• An MBA fresher (recent graduate or in final year) or in a relevant bachelor’s/master’s program.
  
• Strong analytical mindset and datadriven approach. Comfortable using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python or R.
  
• Data-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to clean, analyze, and present data effectively.
  
• Excellent communicator with ability to translate insights for both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  
• Passionate about customer experience, growth, engagement, and optimizing user journeys.
  
• Proactive, curious, self-motivated, and eager to take ownership.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills (Nice to Have):

• SQL, Excel, Python or R
