Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering solutions with overall technology strategy.
Plan and implement best practices to maximize performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor team members in the design, configuration, and implementation of middleware and application solutions.
Proactively monitor supported assets to ensure high availability, performance, security, and capacity management.
Develop and enforce procedures for application integration technologies to ensure seamless functionality.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system reliability and reduce technical debt.
Ensure compliance with company standards, security protocols, and governance policies.

Experience Required:

8-11 years of experience in software/application development and system integration.
Proven hands-on experience with Java and Python development.
Experience in IVR application design and integration.
Familiarity with containerization and cloud platforms such as OpenShift and AWS.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, resolve complex technical issues, and optimize performance.
