As an Application Software Engineer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software solutions that contribute to the success of our projects. With a focus on Full Stack Development, you will utilize your expertise in Dot Net, Java, JSP, SQL, and C# with ASP, HTML, and JavaScript languages to create efficient and effective solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring Avaya Experience Portal, developing IVR systems using Orchestration Designer, and designing call-flows based on requirement documentation and workshops. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate expert knowledge in VXML, CXML, SSML, XML, JAVA, JSON, and SVN repositories. Additionally, you should have experience integrating with backend data systems, servers, and adjuncts such as Tomcat, WebSphere, IIS, Apache, and WebLogic. Proficiency in database management via SQL, JDBC/ADO.NET (MS SQL Server/Oracle/Postgres) is essential, along with a strong understanding of Natural Language design and Directed Dialogue design techniques for speech applications. Moreover, your role will involve working on Avaya Contact Center CTI applications and integrating them with 3rd Party CRM systems like Salesforce and Pega. Familiarity with Avaya Contact Center products such as Avaya Elite, Elite Multichannel, and AACC will be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer and possess knowledge in Angular JS, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and Web Services. A degree in BCA, B. Tech, or BE is required for this role. You should be self-motivated, capable of working with minimal supervision, and have excellent listening and presentation skills.
