  • Ensures the efficient execution of daily HR functions, such as payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration, while also managing HR policies, compliance, and technology to align with company goals..
  • Team management skills required..

  • HR Operations and Data Management.
  • File audit as per NABH & NABL guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential. Proficiency in HR software and a strong understanding of data analysis for reporting are also important. High ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential information are critical.

Education :

MBA / PGDM in HR.
