Job Description

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact between HR and IT teams.
  • Coordinate and follow up on any HR-related technical issues with the IT department.
  • Ensure timely resolution of problems in HR systems, portals, or software.
  • Communicate updates and resolutions back to the HR team.
  • Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and follow-ups to improve process efficiency.
  • Support HR team in smooth functioning of day-to-day operations related to HR tech platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any graduate or relevant qualification.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to follow up persistently and ensure issues are resolved.
  • Basic understanding of HR systems/portals is a plus.
  • Proactive, responsible, and organized.
