Roles & Responsibilities: Must have good knowledge in end-to-end HR Operations process Knowledge of employee’s “Data Governance” and upkeeping hris with accurate employee details Should have knowledge on complete employees' employment life cycle. Administer On-Boarding, Off- Boarding documentation process and bonafide letter requests Capable to answer the queries raised by employees and respond within defined SLA Should have knowledge on complete employees' employment life cycle. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills HR Process Monitoring & HR Audit as per the company policies, processes Maintaining records / Documents & compliance Audit Qualification & Experience: Any Graduate / Post Graduate Min. 3 years of experience in HR Ops Min 2 years of working experience in any of HR Systems Competencies HRIS knowledge – (SAP, Workday, Darwinbox etc.,) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Proficient in Data analytics, Data Management, MIS Preparation Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills Collaboration skills to drive projects to closure
