Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Payroll
: Take care of the payroll of all employees of the organization
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations, handle employee grievances, and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Performance Management
: Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, and support organisational development.
HR Policies and Procedures
: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee satisfaction.
Benefits and Compensation
: Manage employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs.
HR Analytic
s: Track and analyse HR metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Compliance
: Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
