Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the agency: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.
• Draft and post job descriptions on multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
• Coordinate with HR consultancies
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial rounds.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards.
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth transition of new hires.
• Build and nurture a strong employer brand to attract top talent.

HR Operations & Office HR

• Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
• Support payroll inputs and basic compliance coordination.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies.
• Organize employee engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs.
• Assist in performance review cycles (collect feedback, track timelines).
• Act as a cultural ambassador to ensure positive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2years of proven experience in recruitment (preferably in an agency, startup, or creative/tech environment).
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and social sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within deadlines.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-first mindset.
