Human Resource Manager

Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Chennai. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent
• Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to drive business growth
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflicts
• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in HR management
• Can build his/her own team
• Proven track record in talent acquisition, management, and employee engagement
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in HR software and systems and Various HR Portals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Valuable Skills:

• SHRM certification or equivalent
• Experience with recruitment metrics and analytics
• Knowledge of performance management systems
• Familiarity with employee engagement tools and surveys
• Certification in HRIS or HRMS systems
• Experience in handling employee relations and conflicts
