Job Overview

Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment of blue-collar staff, laborers, and supervisors.
Posting jobs on portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.) and social media.
Screening resumes, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
Overseeing onboarding and induction of new hires.

Skills Required:

Strong experience in blue-collar/labor hiring.
In-depth knowledge and minimum 2+ years of experience of job portals & online hiring tools.
Good communication, multitasking & reporting skills.

Qualification:

Any Graduate
2+ years in HR with proven recruitment expertise.
