Job Description

Job Title: Labour Supervisor

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the labour team during packing operations.
Arrange additional labour as required.
Ensure that all bags are filled correctly, with proper weight and quality standards.
Monitor and maintain quality control throughout the packing process.
Check the accuracy of bag weight and overall product quality.
Measure and record the moisture level in the product (training will be provided).
Report daily progress and issues to management.

Requirements:

Educational background: Technical (Diploma, ITI, Engineering, etc.).
Previous experience in supervising labour will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain discipline and ensure productivity.
Basic understanding of quality control in packing operations.
