Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct visits to various rice mills to identify and evaluate ash collection opportunities.
Start immediately the collection of ash from various rice mills.
Organize and supervise labour teams to ensure efficient ash collection and packing.
Ensure that all ash is collected, handled, and bagged in line with company quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with rice mill personnel to plan schedules and solve operational issues.

Requirements

Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
Strong understanding of the ash management at rice mills.
Minimum 6 years of field experience, preferably in rice mills or related industrial environments.
Proven ability in labour management and organizational coordination.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Net monthly salary of INR 40,000.
A very good bonus, depending on the volume of ash collected.
Long term permanent job.

Important Conditions

Salary will commence only from the start date of ash collection operations.
You have to ensure loading of certain number of trucks of ash per week/month & quality of packing.
We are looking for only experienced persons who know about rice mills and its ash availability. In case you want to do survey of rice mills before start of job, there would be no pay during this survey (no ash, no salary).
