For this exciting new venture, we are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Production Manager to take full responsibility for managing and optimizing the plants production operations.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of direct experience in aluminium scrap melting, combined with proven leadership skills, strong technical expertise, and a demonstrated ability to manage teams, systems, and production timelines in a dynamic industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities in accordance with German standards.
• Prepare and implement detailed production schedules and ensure on-time completion.
• Supervise and guide the production team, including shift supervisors and workers.
• Monitor raw material usage, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures as per company and industry standards,
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to maintain smooth operations and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Metallurgical, Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering field.
• Willingness to learn the German language.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of direct experience in aluminium scrap melting.
• Extensive experience of operating melting furnace.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of melting process.
• Strong knowledge of production of Aluminium Alloys.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Experience in the manufacturing of DEOX (aluminium cubes).
• Experience in operating aluminium scrap melting furnaces powered by electricity, oil, and gas.
• Experience in sand die casting foundry operations would be an advantage.

• On-site role at our production facility in Germany.

• Physically active role with regular monitoring of the production floor.
