Job Description: Role & Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end foundry operations, ensuring efficient production of cast components (Cylinder Liners, Blocks, Custom Cast Parts). Plan and control the entire melting, molding, pouring, fettling, and heat treatment process. Ensure adherence to quality standards (IATF 16949:2016) and implement strict process control mechanisms. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1217 years of hands-on foundry experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role. In-depth knowledge of centrifugal and sand casting processes. Exposure to production of high-precision parts like cylinder liners or engine blocks. Strong command over metallurgical properties, process parameters, and defect analysis.
