We are looking for an experienced and responsible Supervisor to manage and oversee our labour staff. The role requires ensuring daily work efficiency, discipline, and productivity of the team. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and result-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily work of labour staff. Assign and monitor tasks to ensure maximum efficiency. Maintain attendance, productivity, and quality of work. Ensure safe and proper handling of materials and equipment. Motivate team members and maintain discipline on site. Report daily progress and manpower status to management. Requirements: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supervising labour or factory staff. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple workers efficiently. Must be punctual, responsible, and performance-driven.
