Human Resource Manager

As a Human Resource Manager at Jain Udyog Maruti Dealership, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions for our automobile dealership located in Agartala, Tripura. With over 15 years of progressive experience in HR management, preferably within the automotive or retail industry, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our workforce. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing training programs, setting performance goals, designing compensation and benefits programs, handling employee relations, ensuring workplace safety, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of HR experience in the automobile dealership industry. Your proven experience in managing HR operations and strategic planning, strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in Bengali language will be crucial for success in this position.
