Our agency is also known for working with notable personalities and brands from Bombay and Ahmedabad.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Thorough knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification is a plus
