Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Payroll & Attendance

  • Manage monthly payroll and employee database.
  • Track daily manpower attendance and absenteeism.
  • Handle CMS billing and prepare monthly MIS reports.

Statutory Compliance & Government Liaison

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, MLWF, Fire NOC.
  • Handle registrations, renewals, and returns under labor laws.
  • Liaise with government departments like DISH, Labor Office, MPCB.

HR Policies & Processes

  • Develop and implement HR policies (e.g., leave, gratuity, maternity, dress code).
  • Ensure smooth operations through structured contracts and compliance.

Administration

  • Manage staff accommodation, housekeeping, water supply, and canteen.
  • Organize meetings, functions, and birthday celebrations.
  • Support employees with insurance and hospitalization claims.

HR Audit

  • Maintain audit records (accident, grievance, ESIC, POSH, PF, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor standards and health & safety norms.

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and succession planning.
  • Align hiring with budget and future leadership needs.

Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute engagement activities (birthdays, sports, cultural events).
  • Promote leadership, team building, and learning initiatives.

Contract Labor Management

  • Communicate daily with contract labor for smooth operations.
  • Resolve labor complaints and ensure sustainability.

Industrial Relations

  • Maintain harmony between workers and management.
  • Handle union disputes, disciplinary actions, and legal proceedings.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote employee well-being.
  • Lead safety initiatives, audits, and emergency drills.
  • Identify training needs and conduct sessions (EHS, safety, electrical hazards).
  • Assess skill gaps and plan development programs.

Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in

    Human Resources

  • Preferred: Diploma/Certification in

    Industrial Relations

    Statutory Compliance

  • Min. 10 years of experience in manufacturing or dairy industry
